Ameristar Casino Presented Ambrosia with Peter Beckett Live in Concert on January 31, 2020
Legendary rock group Ambrosia performed live inside Star Pavilion at Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City on January 31, 2020. Playing all of the heralded hits, the band featured founding members Joe Puerta (bass guitar/vocals), Christopher North (keyboards) and Burleigh Drummond (drums) with Ken Stacey (lead vocals), Doug Jackson (guitar) and Mary Harris (keyboards). Joining them on stage mid-set and for the encore was none other than legendary Player founding member and frontman Peter Beckett. Together, they took Ameristar fans on a joyride through the late-’70s and early-’80s and even shared covers of songs from the likes of Little River Band and Bruce Hornsby.
