Amy Grant Shared Songs, Stories & Memories in Downtown Kansas City
Legendary and ever-beloved contemporary Christian artist Amy Grant performed live in concert at Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Kansas City, MO on April 4, 2025. A packed crowd showed up as she shared songs, stories and memories from throughout her almost 50-year career. The show included two sets, which featured a plethora of Christian hits, as well as those from her crossover into pop in the 1980s. Joining her on stage were Jerry McPherson (lead guitar) and Mike Brignardello (bass)—with whom she collaborated during that greatest decade—plus Gene Miller (guitar), John Hammond (drums), Jonathan Hardy (keyboards), Kim Keyes (backup vocals) and Tatiana Hazel (backup vocals).
