Billy Idol “Live! 2018” Tour Makes a Stop at Uptown Theatre in Kansas City
Pioneering rock icon Billy Idol announced a handful of 2018 North American concert tour dates set for late summer and early fall with more yet to come. The routing kicks off on September 12 at Oregon Zoo Amphitheater in Portland and Idol, Steve Stevens and the rest of the band are set to perform live at Uptown Theater in Kansas City on Friday, September 21—the last day of summer. Following Idol’s years spent as the frontman of Generation X, the style and ferocious persona of the English punk rock musician led him to superstardom as a solo artist during the MTV era. His catalog includes international hits such as “Dancing with Myself,” “Mony Mony,” “Hot in the City,” “White Wedding,” “Rebel Yell,” “Eyes Without a Face,” “Flesh for Fantasy,” “To Be a Lover,” “Sweet Sixteen” and “Cradle of Love.”
Tickets for the Billy Idol performance in Kansas City cost between $45.00 for general admission standing room and $125.00 for reserved seating. Find them available via Ticketmaster online, by calling 800-745-3000 and in person at any outlet or the venue box office starting at 10am on Friday, May 18 (presales start at 10am on the preceding Thursday).
