Ameristar Casino to Feature The Commodores Live at Star Pavilion

Legendary funk and soul group the Commodores is set to perform live in concert at Star Pavilion inside of Ameristar Casino in Kansas City on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Featuring founding member William “WAK” King (trumpet/rhythm guitar/keyboards/vocals) along with classic members Walter Orange (drums/vocals) and James Dean “J.D.” Nicholas (vocals/keyboards), the Motown trio will feature its greatest tunes from the ’70s and ’80s. The setlist includes those chart-toppers “Three Times a Lady” and “Still” plus other major singles such as “Easy,” “Brick House,” “Sail On,” “Lady (You Bring Me Up)” and “Oh No” and that ultra-’80s hit “Nightshift.”
Tickets for the Commodores show at Star Pavilion cost $57.00–$75.00 with platinum seating available in the first three rows and are available online via Ticketmaster, by calling 800-745-3000 or by visiting any outlet. The venue is located inside of Ameristar Casino at 3200 North Ameristar Drive, Kansas City, MO 64161. Doors open at 8pm, show starts at 8:30pm.
