Corey Feldman & The Angels came to recordBar in the Crossroads District of downtown Kansas City, MO on July 7, 2017 in support of the new album “Angelic 2 the Core” (2016). On “Corey’s Heavenly Tour: Angelic 2 The U.S.,” the former child movie star and ’80s teen sensation along with his all female band—Courtney Anne Feldman, Margot Lane, Jackie von Rueden, Jimena Fosado and Marisa Torres—performed some of those new songs along with tunes from his early career and covers of hits from the soundtracks of his films. Feldman’s setlist included his newest hit “Ascension Millennium,” his first big hit “Something in Your Eyes,” a cover of Michael Damian’s version of “Rock On” and a cover of Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror.”
