Elton John Brings His Farewell Tour to Sprint Center in Kansas City

Mega global icon Elton John announced his last-ever tour with 300+ dates traversing the entire world. The trek, dubbed “Farewell Yellow Brick Road,” is a culmination of more than 55 years of recording and performing. Among the extensive tour stops is one final live concert at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO, which is set to occur on Wednesday, February 13. It is a particularly special moment for the venue and city as the legend was the very first performer when the Sprint Center opened in October 2007. As one of the most transcendental artists of all time, Elton John’s catalog of music has traversed space and time. From landmark hits like “Rocket Man” and “Crocodile Rock” to “Sad Songs” and “Candle in the Wind,” his singular voice and incomparable piano playing are signature spectacles of his larger-than-life persona.

Tickets for Elton John’s farewell concert at Sprint Center in Kansas City cost between $44.50 and $224.50, and are available online via AXS, in person at the box office and by calling 816-949-7100. Sprint Center is located at 1407 Grand Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64106. Doors open at 7pm, show starts at 8pm.
