The quartet features founding member and first tenor Abdul “Duke” Fakir, legacy member Lawrence Payton, Jr., classic member Ronnie McNeir and newcomer Alexander Morris. Together, they took an entranced crowd all the back to the mid-’60s with their vintage, heart-warming hits like “Baby I Need Your Loving,” “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch),” “It’s the Same Old Song” and “Reach Out I’ll Be There.” The set also included that ’80s hit “When She Was My Girl” and an extended encore featuring “Catfish,” which is rarely performed live.
