Great White Performed at Ameristar Casino Kansas City on May 24, 2019
Iconic hard rock band Great White performed live in concert at Star Pavilion inside of Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO on May 24, 2019. With tornadoes threatening to shut down the casino, the show went on smaller, but boisterous crowd. The energy of the performance was much greater than any severe weather could bestow upon the venue and its constituents though. Led be founder and guitar player Mark Kendall, the lineup featured classic members Audie Desbrow (drums) and Michael Lardie (rhythm guitar), Scott Snyder (bass) and newcomer Mitch Malloy (lead vocals). Malloy, a renown solo artist who has spent time fronting several bands, joined the group last year and was an absolute ball of fire. With his unequivocal voice and energy combined with that of Great White and its acclaimed blues rock sound, the band’s live performance was taken to a whole new level.
