Extended Heart “Love Alive” Tour with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts Comes to Starlight Theatre in Kansas City
Legendary rock band Heart announced brand new fall concert dates for its “Love Alive” tour with fellow Hall of Fame band Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. The first leg of the 48-city routing kicks off at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in St. Louis, MO on July 9 featuring Sheryl Crow on split select dates and is scheduled to make a stop at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City, MO on Tuesday, October 8. Led by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart is emblematic for tunes like “What About Love,” “These Dreams,” “Alone” and “Barracuda.” Staples of Joan Jett include songs such as “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll,” “Crimson and Clover” and “I Hate Myself for Loving You” plus “Cherry Bomb” and “You Drive Me Wild” from her days with The Runaways. Join Heart for this rare October show at Starlight Theatre as the sisters hit the road together for the first time in three years.
Tickets for the Heart with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts concert in Kansas City go on sale at 10am on Friday, June 21 and cost $40.50–$150 with VIP packages also available.
