Jackson Browne Returns to Music Hall in Kansas City After Four Years

Legendary folk rock artist Jackson Browne performed live in concert at Music Hall in downtown Kansas City, MO on June 7, 2022. It was his first time there in four years, and it was a highly-anticipated return to the city and venue. Out on the road with him were some of the same artists, including Greg Leisz (guitar/lap steel/pedal steel), Bob Glaub (bass), Chavonne Stewart (vocals) and Alethea Mills (vocals). New to the tour this time around were Jason Crosby (keyboards) and Mason Stoops (guitar). It was another tremendous set, which saw him open the show with the much beloved “Somebody’s Baby.” He also closed it out with “The Load Out”/”Stay”—a staple that he rarely plays live, but did so in appreciation for his crew members who have seen some times with illness.
