Gene Loves Jezebel’s Jay Aston & Peter Bugg Rizzo Performed at the recordBar in Kansas City
British post-punk band Gene Loves Jezebel performed live in concert at the recordBar in downtown Kansas City, MO on May 26, 2022. It was duo performance featuring founder, frontman and guitarist Jay Aston along with bass player and singer Peter Bugg Rizzo. Utilizing backing tracks, the two shared their greatest hits plus some newer tunes as well in a most stunning fashion. Aston occasionally handed off the guitar to Rizzo in an exchange for the ability to dance around on stage. It was an intimate show with some loyal KC locals on hand.
