Star Pavilion at Ameristar KC Hosted R&B & Soul Artist Jeffrey Osborne
Iconic R&B and soul singer-songwriter and musician Jeffrey Osborne performed live in concert at Star Pavilion inside of Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO on May 18, 2024. Opening his show from the crowd singing “Stranger,” the former L.T.D. lead singer dazzled fans all night long with his classic tunes, voice and dance moves. We had the time of our life watching him perform those L.T.D. songs from the mid- to late-’70s and his solo hits from throughout the ’80s and early-’90s. The setlist heralded tunes such as “You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song),” “On the Wings of Love” and “Stay With Me Tonight.” The “Woo Woo Song” even included participation from a handful of audience members who may have found themselves a new spot on the tour.
