Ameristar Casino Hosted John Waite on His “Missing You” 40th Ann. Tour
Rock legend John Waite performed live in concert at Star Pavilion inside of Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO on December 8, 2023. The performance was a 40th anniversary celebration of his solo hit single “Missing You” and his last time on stage for the year. The setlist included a load of on solo tunes, as well as covers of The Babys and Bad English, the groups that he fronted in the late-’70s and late-’80s respectively. His backing band featured Alan Childs (drums), Mark Ricciardi (guitar) and Tim Hogan (bass).
