Ameristar Casino’s Star Pavilion to Host Iconic Rocker John Waite
Legendary British rocker John Waite is set to perform live in concert at Star Pavilion inside of Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO on December 8, 2023. As a solo artist in the 1980s, he released the No. 1 hit song “Missing You,” as well as other tunes such as “Tears” and “Mr. Wonderful.” Additionally, he previously fronted The Babys and landed in the Top 10 with “Isn’t It Time” and “Everytime I Think of You.” He also later went on to front hard rock supergroup Bad English in the late-’80s and scored huge with another chart-topper, “When I See You Smile.” Fans can expect to hear all of these songs along with a slew of others spanning his entire career when he takes to the Star Pavilion stage.
