Eddie Money to Headline Opening Night of Sunset Music Fest 2017

Sunset Music Fest returns to Town Center Plaza in Leawood this summer with its free concert series. Each Thursday night in the month of June starting on the 8th will be a load of family fun in the north parking lot. Kicking off the excitement this year is rock icon Eddie Money along with Kansas City’s own Chris Meck and The Guilty Birds. Come on out and shake with the Money Man and relive such classics as “Baby Hold On,” “Two Tickets to Paradise,” “Take Me Home Tonight” and “Walk on Water.”

Event starting time is 6pm with food and beverage made available by Hereford House in benefit of JDRF plus inflatables, face-painting and more for the kids. The series is presented by Bank of Blue Valley and Shawnee Mission Health. Blankets and chairs are welcome, but please no coolers.
