Slaughter Returned to Ameristar Casino in KC with Riley’s L.A. Guns
Glam metal band Slaughter returned to Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City for a live concert performance with special guest Riley’s L.A. Guns on October 8, 2022. Slaughter continues to feature original members Mark Slaughter (lead singer/rhythm guitar) and Dana Strum (bass guitar) along with Jeff “Blando” Bland (lead guitar) while this version of L.A. Guns features classic members Steve Riley (drums) and Kelly Nickels (bass guitar) plus Scott Griffin (lead guitar) and Kurt Frohlich (lead vocals). Backed by the new lighting system this time, both bands brought their renown late-’80s and early-’90s tunes to town for another wild Star Pavilion audience.
