Slaughter Performed Live at Ameristar Casino with Riley’s L.A. Guns
Glam metal band Slaughter performed live in concert at Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, MO with special guest Riley’s L.A. Guns on October 1, 2021. Slaughter continues to feature original members Mark Slaughter (lead singer/rhythm guitar), Dana Strum (bass guitar) and Blas Elias (drums) who was absent for the performance along with Jeff “Blando” Bland (lead guitar) while this incarnation of L.A. Guns features classic members Steve Riley (drums) and Kelly Nickels (bass guitar) who was also absent plus Scott Griffin (lead guitar) and Kurt Frohlich (lead vocals). Backed by some incredible lighting and smoke effects, both bands brought their renown late-’80s and early-’90s tunes to town for an enamored Star Pavilion crowd.
